Celia

Celia's parents found us through a common bond that we have....we had our precious babies at the same midwife-run birthing center. The way that Matt and I brought our kids into the world is so dear to us, and its the same way that Celia's parents feel about her birth. So it was neat to reminisce a little today with this family about things that really matter to us.

Well, the last time we saw this peanut she was a tiny baby. And today, she is a CHATTER BOX 16 month old. This girl can seriously talk. In sentences! Celia also brought along her fan club.....which consists of four proud grandparents and uber-nanny Lisa. Such fun!

4 under 5

Having 4 children in under 5 years is an amazing feat in and of itself.....but to say that the whole crew is happy, sweet, kind, AND well-behaved? And did I mention that this momma looks absolutely fabulous?? This sweet family is so blessed to add another sister to the mix. And (after getting to know her siblings) it was no surprise that she was also a dream baby to photograph.

Playing Catch-up

I Can't decide if I was more in awe of his amazing eye contact at just 2 weeks old...or those LASHES when he slept. A future heartthrob, for sure.

Texas Vacation

Bo came all the way from Montana to visit his "Sassy" (his grandma Sally......OK I love that grandma name) for a whole 2 weeks! Bo's session is the start of Sassy's new tradition of having all the grandkids photographed at 4 years old. Love it!




We had tons of fun with this guy. He is ALL BOY. Outside the studio, Matt found a cool green lizard, which Bo found really exciting...as he only has 4 dogs and a horse to pal around with in Montana. (wow!)

Home-Bound

With their little baby boy ready to be born any time, Sarah and Ben were excited to squeek in for a maternity portrait session. But 2 days prior to our session she was landed on bedrest for high blood pressure. Now this is something that I know about all too well! A trip to the studio was out of the question....so I went out to them! With rest in between many shots (under the careful eye of dad-to-be, Ben, I might add), we had a wonderful time right in and around their home.

Photo Road Trip

We were so honored these guys made the road trip from Houston.....with their brand new baby and their energetic 2 year old....for an awesome portrait session. We saw Mr. Corbin when he was teeny weeny, so it was fitting that we got to meet his baby brother, Kai, at the same age. So without further ado...
